Hagåtña City Run & Block Party

Saturday, March 7, 2026

Join us for a community-powered 5K and a lively block party because every step brings us closer to hope.

Why We Run

Cancer affects many families in Guam, and Guam Cancer Care provides support close to home. This event honors survivors and caregivers while helping fund local patient services and education. Every step taken strengthens hope in our community—lace up and make an impact.

Your participation supports the American Cancer Society’s work in research, education, and patient care. Together, we honor survivors, remember loved ones, and stand with those facing cancer. Lace up—every step brings us closer to a cancer‑free future.
