Mission 100: Where Kindness Travels Across the Pacific

12.31.25

Mission 100 is a long‑standing initiative under our Find Kind Program and continues to be powered entirely by the generosity of our employees. What began as a simple idea has grown into a meaningful annual effort dedicated to supporting students in our neighboring island communities by ensuring they have access to essential school supplies.

The project was first established in 2016 by Customer Engagement Group interns Zachary San Nicolas and Erwin Fejeran, whose vision was centered on helping children start the school year prepared and confident. Each summer, Mission 100 rallies employees to collect targeted quantities of school supplies with the goal of meeting real educational needs across Micronesia. Over time, the initiative has evolved into one of our most valued traditions. One that reflects a shared commitment to kindness, service, and regional connection.

Mission 100 holds special significance for those involved, as it continues to honor the creative spirit and heartfelt purpose of one of its original founders, Zach. His vision remains woven into the heart of the program, inspiring ongoing efforts to give back and make a positive difference beyond our shores.

Since its launch, Mission 100 has resulted in the donation of more than 18k school and sports supplies, up to $10,000 in monetary contributions from our employees, over 300 books, and 260 shoes and socks. These efforts have supported 30 schools across Chuuk, Palau, Kosrae, Majuro, Pohnpei, and Yap, reaching thousands of children and helping equip classrooms throughout the region. As the initiative moves forward, Mission 100 continues to demonstrate what’s possible when a community comes together with a shared purpose: to uplift, support, and invest in the future of our islands’ children.
