Promotion Period. This promotion begins on November 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM ChST and is scheduled to end on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ChST, or earlier if the total number of discounts allocated for this offer has been reached. Bank of Guam reserves the right to terminate or pause the promotion at any time without prior notice.

How It Works:

• Make a single purchase of $50 or more at any participating Joeten location in Saipan.
• Pay with your Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card.
• Receive an instant $5 discount at checkout—no coupons or enrollment required.
• One discount per qualifying transaction. Customers may enjoy the offer multiple times during the promotion period.

Eligible Locations & Purchases.

Offer valid only at the following Joeten locations in Saipan: 

• Joeten Hafa Adai Shopping Center, Garapan
• Joeten Kagman Market, Kagman
• Joeten Dandan Supermarket, Dandan

• Joeten Shopping Center, Susupe

   

Applicable only to purchases in Groceries and Department Store sections of the listed Joeten stores.

Not applicable to purchases at Aiko’s Deli and Latte Café within Joeten Supermarket locations.

Discount applies automatically at Joeten’s POS system when eligibility criteria are met.

Receipt Display. Discount must appear clearly on the receipt as “BOG Visa $5 Discount” or a 
similar variant, indicating the Bank of Guam discount at the customer checkout.

Gift Card Rules.

Gift cards are excluded from qualifying subtotals for promotional discounts. 

• Example: If a customer uses a $50 gift card to pay for a $50 purchase, the discount shall not apply.
• Example: If a customer uses a $50 gift card toward a $100 purchase, Joeten shall require that the remaining $50 balance be paid with a valid Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card for the customer to receive the $5 discount.

Purchase of gift cards qualifies for the promotion if: 

• The gift card has a face value of $50 or greater; and
• The gift card is purchased using a valid Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card.

Important Notes

• Discount applies automatically when purchase and payment requirements are met.
• Offer valid only during the stated promotion period.
• Offer excludes gift cards used as payment, cash back, and restricted items from qualifying subtotal.
• Returns and/or cancellations will not be permitted for this promotion.
• Bank of Guam reserves the right to terminate or pause the promotion at any time, including if the total allocated discounts are reached before December 31, 2025.

Compliance

This is a promotion, not a sweepstakes or lottery.

FDIC Section 20 Compliance:

• No element of chance; the discount is applied automatically upon meeting the purchase criteria.
• No deposit, account opening, or additional consideration is required beyond the qualifying purchase.
• Complies with CNMI consumer protection laws, as the discount is clearly disclosed and applied at the point of sale.

Privacy

• Transaction data used to validate eligibility is handled in accordance with Bank of Guam’s and Joeten’s privacy policies.
• No additional personal information is collected.

Termination Clause
Bank of Guam reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time or if $10,000 in total discounts is reached, or 2,000 discounts are issued during the promotion period, whichever occurs first.
