1. Promotion Period

This promotion begins on July 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM ChST and is scheduled to end on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ChST, or earlier if the total number of discounts allocated for this offer has been reached. Bank of Guam reserves the right to terminate or pause the promotion at any time without prior notice.

2. How It Works

• Make a purchase using the Good to Go platform (app or website).
• Pay with your Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card or Visa Business Debit Card (consumer or business).
• Receive an automatic 100% delivery fee waiver at checkout—no promo codes or enrollment required.
• The discount is automatically applied when eligibility criteria are met. Customers may enjoy the offer multiple times during the promotion period.

3. Eligible Locations & Purchases

• Offer valid only on purchases made through the Good to Go (GTG) platform in Guam, using a Valid Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card.
• Applicable to all participating merchants available on the GTG platform.
• Discount applies only to delivery fees and does not apply to the cost of goods or other service charges.
• Discount applies automatically at checkout when a valid Bank of Guam Visa Debit Card is used and eligibility criteria are met.
• Eligible Bank of Guam Visa Debit cardholders may receive a delivery fee waiver on each qualifying purchase made during the promotional period. There is no limit to the number of eligible transactions during the promotion period, unless otherwise announced by the Bank of Guam.
• The promotion applies only to eligible purchases made through participating Good to Go merchants available on the Good to Go platform in Guam.

4. Receipt Display

The delivery fee waiver will generally be displayed at checkout or on the transaction receipt. If the waiver is not reflected due to a system or technical issue, customers should contact Good to Go for assistance.

5. Important Notes

• Discount applies automatically when payment requirements are met.
• Offer valid only during the stated promotion period.
• Offer applies only to delivery fees and excludes order subtotal, taxes, tips, and other applicable charges.
• Waived discount amount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in either the customer’s Bank of Guam or Good to Go accounts. 
• Returns, cancellations, or adjustments will not reinstate or substitute the waived delivery fee.
• Bank of Guam reserves the right to terminate or pause the promotion at any time.

6. Compliance

• This is a promotion, not a sweepstakes or lottery.
• FDIC Section 20 Compliance:
  • No element of chance; the discount is applied automatically upon meeting the payment criteria.
  • No deposit, account opening, or additional consideration is required beyond the qualifying transaction.
  • Complies with applicable Guam consumer protection laws, as the benefit is clearly disclosed and applied at the point of sale.

7. Privacy

• Transaction data used to validate eligibility is handled in accordance with Bank of Guam’s and Good to Go’s privacy policies.
• No additional personal information is collected.

8. Technical Issues

If the delivery fee waiver is not automatically applied to an otherwise eligible transaction due to a system or technical issue, customers should contact Good to Go.

9. Termination Clause

Bank of Guam reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to the terms of its agreement with Good to Go and applicable law.  Any changes will not affect discounts already applied to eligible completed transactions.
