Bank of Guam Shell Fuel 6% Discount Promotion (“Promotion”) 

1. Promotion Period 

This promotion begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:00 AM ChST and will remain in effect until modified, suspended, or terminated by Bank of Guam and IP&E. Bank of Guam and IP&E reserve the right to terminate or pause the promotion at any time without prior notice. 

2. How It Works 

• Purchase qualifying fuel at any participating Shell station in Guam, Saipan, and Palau (eligible locations listed below). 
• Pay exclusively with an eligible Bank of Guam Credit or Debit Card in good standing. 
• Receive an instant 6% discount off the fuel purchase at the point of sale. No coupons or enrollment required. 
• One discount per qualifying transaction. 

3. Eligible Locations & Purchases 

Eligible Locations: 

• All Shell stations in Guam and Saipan 
• Participating Shell stations in Palau:  
• Neco Plaza 
• Shell KB 
• Shell Minato 

Eligible Purchases: 

• Discount applies only to fuel purchases of:  
• Regular 
• V‑Power 
• Diesel 

4. Eligible Cards 

Discount is valid only when payment is made using an eligible Bank of Guam Credit or Debit Card in good standing, including: 

Credit Cards: 

• Bank of Guam Visa Classic 
• Bank of Guam Visa Gold 
• Bank of Guam Mastercard Standard 
• Bank of Guam Mastercard Gold 

Debit Cards: 

• Bank of Guam Visa Debit 
• Bank of Guam Visa Business Debit 

5. Receipt Display 

The discount must appear clearly on the receipt as “BOG 6% Fuel Discount” or a similar variant, indicating the Bank of Guam discount applied at checkout. 

6. Discount & Combination Rules 

• Discount is not valid in conjunction with:  
• Fleet discounts 
• 6% Sapphire Tier Benefit discount 
• Value Card / PACIFICPOINTS FleetPlus discounts 
• Other ongoing promotions, discounts, or coupons 
• If a customer qualifies for multiple discounts, only one (1) discount will be applied. 
• The highest applicable discount will be applied at the point of sale. 

7. Important Notes 

• Discount applies automatically when purchase and payment requirements are met. 
• Offer valid only during the promotion period. 
• Bank of Guam and IP&E shall not be responsible for discounts not received due to electronic or technical issues beyond their control. 
• In the event of technical issues preventing application of the discount, IP&E reserves the right to convert the discount to PACIFICPOINTS, calculated at $0.02 = 1 point. 
• Any abuse or fraud related to transactions will result in immediate disqualification from participation in this promotion. 

8. Compliance 

• This is a promotion, not a sweepstakes or lottery. 
• There is no element of chance; the discount is applied automatically upon meeting purchase criteria. 
• No deposit, account opening, or additional consideration is required beyond the qualifying fuel purchase. 
• Promotion complies with applicable consumer protection laws, as the discount is clearly disclosed and applied at the point of sale. 

9. Termination & Modification 

Bank of Guam and IP&E reserve the right to modify, suspend, interpret, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Bank of Guam and IP&E also reserve the right to substitute the promotion benefit or discount structure at their sole discretion. 

10. Privacy 

Transaction data used to validate eligibility and apply the discount under this Promotion is handled in accordance with Bank of Guam’s and IP&E Holdings LLC, privacy policies. 

No additional personal information is collected from customers as part of this Promotion beyond what is required to process the qualifying transaction and apply the discount at the point of sale. 

Information collected or processed in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for promotion administration, accounting, audit, and compliance purposes, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Promotion.
