ELIGIBILITY: The Bank of Guam® Visa® Debit Card Singapore Race Experience Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, who are 21 years or older at entry. Bank of Guam Visa® debit cardholders in good standing are eligible, including Bank of Guam employees who participate as individual cardholders. However, any employee directly involved in the sponsorship, negotiation, administration, development, execution, winner selection, fulfillment, or management of the Sweepstakes or Prize is not eligible to participate in or benefit from the Sweepstakes.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. and Guam law.

International Travel Requirements: Because the Main Prize includes international travel, the winners and guests must be eligible to travel internationally and satisfy all entry, exit, transit, immigration, customs, health, and other travel requirements applicable at the time of travel. The winner and guest are solely responsible for determining, obtaining, and maintaining any required passports, visas, permits, approvals, authorizations, vaccinations, or other travel documentation necessary for entry into, transit through, and return from Singapore and any transit jurisdictions.

At the time of travel, the winners and guests must possess valid passports that remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of entry into Singapore, or such longer period as may be required by applicable authorities. Passports and all required travel documentation must remain valid throughout the travel period and comply with all applicable destination-country requirements.

Failure to obtain, maintain, or present the required travel documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation of travel arrangements, and/or forfeiture of the Prize, in whole or in part, without compensation, substitution, or liability to Sponsor.

3. HOW TO ENTER: TO ENTER: You do not have to be a Bank of Guam customer to enter the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. AUTOMATIC ENTRY: An eligible Bank of Guam Visa debit cardholder, in good standing and 21 years or older, will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each eligible Bank of Guam Visa debit card point of sale (POS) purchase of $100.00 or more made with her/his/their Bank of Guam Visa debit card during the Promotion Period. Bank of Guam Visa Business Debit cards, Visa Classic and Gold credit cards, Mastercard® Regular and Gold credit cards, and Corporate Mastercard® credit cards are ineligible for sweepstakes participation. Name on Bank of Guam Visa debit card must match legal name on ID. Only Bank of Guam Visa debit card purchases or payments made with a Bank of Guam Visa debit card that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account are eligible for automatic entry. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular cardholder entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the card used to enter the Sweepstakes was issued. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Bank of Guam Visa Debit Cards or card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for automatic entry. Automatic entries must be made by 11:59:59 PM ChST on Monday, September 21, 2026, to be eligible for the random drawing.

    

2. TO ENTER BY MAIL WITHOUT PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION:
   Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary). Hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth, plus the statement: “I am 21 years or older, a legal resident of ________, and agree to the Official Rules.” Mail in a stamped envelope to: Bank of Guam – Product Experience Group (8th Floor) 111 W Chalan Santo Papa, Hagåtña, Guam 96910 Mail-In Entry must be received by Monday, September 21, 2026, by 11:59PM ChST. Enter as often as you wish; however, each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the random drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of Bank of Guam (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

    

4. PRIZE: Two (2) Main Prizes will be awarded. The combined approximate retail value ("ARV") of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $140,000 USD (approximately $70,000 USD per Main Prize package). Travel dates, accommodations, and activities associated with the Prize are subject to final confirmation by Sponsor and Visa. For general reference purposes only, the Prize packages are based on a five (5) day, four (4) night Singapore Race Experience tentatively scheduled in Singapore in connection with race activities occurring October 9–11, 2026 (Singapore local time). There will be two (2) Main Prize winners. Each winner may bring one (1) guest, resulting in four (4) total attendees for the Singapore Race Experience. One winner and guest will receive access to the Saturday Qualifying Day experience, and one winner and guest will receive access to the Sunday Race Day experience.

One (1) Main Prize Winner and their plus-one (1) guest will receive:

• Other race-related experiences as determined by Sponsor and Visa

   

Hotel accommodations will be arranged as one (1) room per winner/guest pair based on double occupancy.

Exclusions: The Prize does not include travel insurance, passport fees, visa fees, hotel incidentals, meals not expressly listed, taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically described herein.

Additional Terms:

• No Substitution or Transfer: The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Sponsor's Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any component thereof) with one of equal or greater value, or to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize or any portion of the promotion for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

• No Guarantee: Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the Prize and disclaims any implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

   

5. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on Friday, September 25, 2026.

Two (2) Main Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Five (5) alternate winners will also be selected in the order drawn and may be contacted should either Main Prize Winner be disqualified, decline the prize, fail to complete required documentation, or otherwise be unable to accept the prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. NOTIFICATION: Main Prize Winners will be contacted on or about Friday, September 25, 2026, via phone (up to three attempts). During the winner notification call, each selected winner must verbally notify Bank of Guam whether they accept or decline the prize. This confirmation allows Bank of Guam to either proceed with prize fulfillment or begin contacting the alternate winners.

The Main Prize Winners will complete all required Bank of Guam-provided forms, including but not limited to an affidavit, IRS Form W-9, travel waivers, and prize acceptance form, in person at Bank of Guam Headquarters (Hagåtña, Guam) on a date to be determined by Bank of Guam at its sole discretion. Winners residing in neighboring islands or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands may complete the required forms in person at a designated Bank of Guam branch in their place of residence on a date determined by Bank of Guam.

At the time of signing these forms, each Main Prize Winner may confirm the name of their guest (+1) for the trip. The Main Prize Winner and guest are responsible for having valid passports and any required travel documentation.

Failure to verbally confirm during the call or submit all required forms by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. If either potential Main Prize Winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts or fails to respond by the stated deadline, Bank of Guam may contact an alternate winner in the order drawn. This process will continue until all prizes are awarded.

Bank of Guam will maintain a log sheet documenting each call attempt, the date and time of the attempt, and the outcome for compliance purposes.

7. TAXES: Prize is taxable income. Bank of Guam will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC, as required by applicable law. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, territorial, local, foreign, and other taxes arising from the acceptance, receipt, or use of the Prize. Bank of Guam makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the Prize and does not provide tax advice. Winners should consult their own professional tax advisor regarding their individual tax obligations.

9. PUBLICITY & RELEASE: Winner consents to use of name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without compensation, where lawful. By accepting the prize, winner (and guest where lawful) agrees to:

• Participate in a photo-taking session arranged by Bank of Guam;
• Grant Bank of Guam the right to use winner’s photo, name, and likeness for promotional purposes;
• Allow Bank of Guam to post winner-related content on its official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and Bank of Guam website, without additional compensation, where lawful.

• As a condition of accepting the Prize, each winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Bank of Guam and its authorized representatives in connection with promotional, advertising, publicity, and documentation activities related to the Sweepstakes and Prize experience. If Bank of Guam provides a photography, videography, social media, or content capture itinerary, shot list, or similar documentation requirements ("Shot List"), each winner agrees to make reasonable efforts to participate in and adhere to such Shot List, including attendance at designated photo opportunities, interviews, video recordings, and other promotional activities, provided such activities do not unreasonably interfere with the winner's enjoyment of the Prize experience. 10. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: The Sweepstakes is conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including, but not limited to any entry form, point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of all social and public records of potential prize winners, including, without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports, and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s permission for Sponsor to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, potential prize winner shall authorize such checks. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify a potential prize winner based on the results of the background check or failure to properly authorize such checks. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, at its discretion, if terminated, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Territory of Guam, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Territory of Guam or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Territory of Guam. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the Territory of Guam.

13. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received to award the prizes and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/provincial or local government law, order, regulation, or guideline, public health crisis or pandemic (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, regardless of whether any such cause was foreseeable (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
