1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Starts 12:00 AM ChST Monday, February 23, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM ChST Sunday, April 12, 2026. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Swipe. Stay. Groove: Bank of Guam® Visa Debit Card Concert Series Staycation Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Guam who are 18 years or older at entry. Bank of Guam Visa® debit cardholders in good standing are eligible, including employees of Bank of Guam with valid Bank of Guam Visa debit cards. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. and Guam law. 

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you do not have to be a Bank of Guam customer to enter the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter: 

a. AUTOMATIC ENTRY: An eligible Bank of Guam Visa debit cardholder, in good standing and 18 years or older, will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each eligible Bank of Guam Visa debit card point of sale (POS) purchase of $50.00 or more made with her/his/their Bank of Guam Visa debit card during the Promotion Period. Bank of Guam Visa Classic and Gold credit cards, Mastercard® Regular and Gold credit cards, and Corporate Mastercard® credit cards are ineligible for sweepstakes participation. Name on Bank of Guam Visa debit card must match legal name on ID. Only Bank of Guam Visa debit card purchases or payments made with a Bank of Guam Visa debit card that is not in default under the customer agreement for that account are eligible for automatic entry. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular cardholder entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the card used to enter the Sweepstakes was issued.  Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Bank of Guam Visa Debit Cards or card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for automatic entry.  

The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:00 AM ChST on February 23, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM ChST on April 12, 2026. Two (2) winners will be selected in two separate random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the applicable Drawing Cutoff (see table below). 

Entry & Drawing Schedule  

Rollover: All eligible, non‑winning entries from Drawing #1 automatically roll over into Drawing #2. 
Limit: One (1) prize per person/household. A winner in Drawing #1 is ineligible to win Drawing #2. 
Equal Treatment: Automatic and mail‑in entries are treated equally for drawing purposes. 

Transaction Cutoff Times:
Only eligible debit card purchase transactions that authorize and settle on or before the corresponding Automatic Purchase Entry Cutoff listed in the table above will qualify for the applicable drawing. Transactions authorized before the cutoff but settling after the cutoff will be included in the next drawing (if applicable). All eligible, non‑winning entries from Drawing #1 automatically roll over into Drawing #2.

b. TO ENTER BY MAIL WITHOUT PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION: Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary).  Hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth, plus the statement: “I am 18 years or older, a legal resident of Guam, and agree to the Official Rules.”  Mail in a stamped envelope to:

Mail‑in Postmark Deadlines:

• Drawing #1: Postmarked by Friday, February 27, 2026
• Drawing #2: Postmarked by Friday, April 10, 2026 

Enter as often as you wish; however, each mailed entry will count as one (1) entry into the random drawing and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of Bank of Guam (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. 

4. PRIZE: Two (2) Staycation packages will be awarded, consisting of

• Two (2) night hotel stay the weekend of the J Boog concert or the Katchafire concert (based on drawing; hotel selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion)
• Sunday Brunch for four (4)
• Four (4) General Admission tickets to either: J Boog (March 06, 2026) or Katchafire (April 25, 2026)

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $900 per staycation package  

Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be substituted. Limit one (1) prize per person/household for the entire Sweepstakes. 

Exclusions: The Prize does not include hotel incidentals, meals other than those specified, taxes, or any other costs or expenses not expressly listed herein. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. 

Additional Terms: 

No Substitution or Transfer: The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

• Sponsor’s Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any component thereof) with one of equal or greater value, or to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize or any portion of the promotion for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
• No Guarantee: Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the Prize, and disclaims any implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

5. WINNER SELECTION: Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor on: 

• March 3, 2026 — Staycation Package with J Boog Concert Tickets
• April 14, 2026 — Staycation Package with Katchafire Concert Tickets 

Rollover: Eligible entries not selected in the March 3 drawing automatically remain in the pool for the April 14 drawing. 

Five alternates will be selected. Odds depend on entries. 

6. NOTIFICATION: Winner will be contacted on/by March 3, 2026 and April 14, 2026 via phone (up to 3 attempts). During the winner notification call, the winner must verbally notify Bank of Guam whether they accept or decline the prize. This confirmation allows Bank of Guam to either proceed with prize fulfillment or begin contacting the alternate winners. 

The winner will then complete all required Bank of Guam-provided forms (applicable IRS Form W-9 and/or 1099-MISC and prize acceptance forms) in person at Bank of Guam Headquarters (Hagatna, Guam) on a date confirmed by Bank of Guam and the winner(s). These forms must be signed with Bank of Guam management present. The winner will be required to bring in a valid photo ID for identification purposes. 

The prize acceptance form states that the winner is accepting the full prize package. Failure to verbally confirm during the call or submit the required forms by Bank of Guam’s deadline can result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

If the potential winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts or fails to respond by the stated deadline, Bank of Guam will contact an alternate winner in the order drawn. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed and all required forms are submitted. 

Bank of Guam will maintain a log sheet documenting each call attempt, the date/time, and the outcome for compliance purposes. 

7. TAXES: Prize is taxable income. Bank of Guam will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winner will be responsible for all taxes. 

8. FDIC & BANKING DISCLOSURES 

• Bank of Guam is Member FDIC.
• This promotion and prize are not a deposit, not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, not guaranteed by the Bank, and may lose value.
• Normal account fees apply. 

9. PUBLICITY & RELEASE: Winner consents to use of name, likeness, and city for promotional purposes without compensation, where lawful. By accepting the prize, winner (and guest where lawful) agrees to: 

• Participate in a photo-taking session arranged by Bank of Guam;
• Grant Bank of Guam the right to use winner’s photo, name, and likeness for promotional purposes;
• Allow Bank of Guam to post winner-related content on its official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and Bank of Guam website, without additional compensation, where lawful.

10. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: The Sweepstakes is conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including, but not limited to any entry form, point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final, binding and not subject to appeal.  Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check of all social and public records of potential prize winners, including, without limitation, civil and criminal court records and police reports, and entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s permission for Sponsor to conduct such background check, provided that, to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, potential prize winner shall authorize such checks. Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to disqualify a potential prize winner based on the results of the background check or failure to properly authorize such checks. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her/their name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, including but not limited to, any online announcements, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Employees of Bank of Guam, and each of their respective parents, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, trustees, respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (collectively, the “Releasees”), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of prizes. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income, or profit; loss or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Sweepstakes.

11. GENERAL: Sponsor may cancel or modify promotion if fraud or technical issues occur. Sponsor decisions are final. The information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sponsor’s internal purposes and may be provided to other parties, as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, damaged, delayed, garbled, postage-due, or stolen mail, entries, and transactions; for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, mechanical, human, electronic, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any error or problem that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or any prize-related event, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes at any time without notice and for any reason including, if in the Administrator’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity and proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, at its discretion, if terminated, award prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any and all remedies available from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner.

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Territory of Guam, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Territory of Guam or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Territory of Guam. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the Territory of Guam.

13. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received to award the prizes and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/provincial or local government law, order, regulation, or guideline, public health crisis or pandemic (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, regardless of whether any such cause was foreseeable (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.
