Your name; Loan number; and Statement of requested information for your loan or Provide details describing the error and explain why you believe there is an error.

While we investigate your notice of error, we cannot report you as delinquent regarding any payment that is the subject of your notice. We may pursue remedies permitted by law. We may not charge a fee or require you to make a payment that may be owed on your loan as a condition of investigating or responding to your notice.
