Official Rules 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

2. THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM. 

3. ELIGIBILITY. Eligible winners must be 18 years of age or older at the time the “Juan-the-Go Contest” is announced via Instagram Stories on Instagram. Eligible winners must be following the Official Bank of Guam Instagram account found at @bankofguam at the time of winning. Eligible winners must follow clues on the official Instagram of Bank of Guam (@bankofguam) to find the location of the Bank of Guam representative at the time of the event. Bank of Guam employees are not eligible to win. One prize per winner. 

4. TIMING/DESCRIPTION. There will be three (3) giveaway periods at three (3) surprise location(s). The event begins at the time the Juan-the-Go Contest Location Instagram Stories are made available on Instagram and ends at 12:00:00 PM ChST on Friday, June 20, 2025. The first two (2) eligible winners to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #1 will receive two (2) General Admission (GA) tickets to Electric Island Festival (EIF) held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The first three (3) eligible winners to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #2 will receive two (2) GA tickets to EIF held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The first eligible winner (1) to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #3 will receive two (2) VIP tickets to EIF held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

5. TO ENTER. Participants must follow clues on the official Instagram of Bank of Guam (@bankofguam) and be the first eligible winner to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location. At the time of winning, the winner must verify that they are following @bankofguam on Instagram and that they are 18 years or older at the time the Juan-the-Go Contest Instagram Stories are made available on Instagram. 

6. PRIZES AND THEIR ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): NO CASH VALUE. Five (5) eligible winners over the age of 18 years will receive two (2) GA tickets to EIF held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025. One (1) eligible winner over the age of 18 years will receive two (2) VIP tickets to EIF held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

7. DETERMINATION OF WINNER/WINNER NOTIFICATION. The first two (2) eligible winners to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #1 will receive two (2) GA tickets to GA tickets held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The first three (3) eligible winners to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #2 will receive two (2) GA tickets to EIF on Saturday, June 21, 2025. The first eligible winner (1) to meet the Bank of Guam representative at the surprise location #3 will receive two (2) VIP tickets to EIF held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025. Winner(s) must be following @bankofguam on Instagram and be 18 years or older at the time the Juan-the-Go Contest Instagram Stories are made available on Instagram. The surprise location(s) will be announced on the official Instagram of Bank of Guam (@bankofguam) only. The event begins at the time the Juan-the-Go Contest Instagram Location Stories are made available on Instagram and ends at 12:00:00PM ChST on Friday, June 20, 2025.

5. TIMING/DESCRIPTION. Begins at the time the Official Giveaway Post is made available on Instagram and ends at 11:59:59 PM ChST on Thursday, June 19, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). There will be one (1) winner selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to Electric Island Festival held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
6. TO ENTER. Eligible winners will be entered to win by following @bankofguam and @eifestival, liking and commenting by tagging (3) additional users on the Official Giveaway Post during the Giveaway Period. One comment, like and follow is equal to one entry. Multiple entries are not valid. Entries must be submitted before 11:59:59 PM ChST on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in order to be eligible for the random drawing.
7. PRIZES AND THEIR ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): NO CASH VALUE. One (1) winner over the age of 18 will receive two (2) VIP tickets to Electric Island Festival held in Guam on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
8. DETERMINATION OF WINNER/WINNER NOTIFICATION. A winner will be randomly selected on Friday, June 20, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. On the drawing date, eligible entries will include all Instagram comments submitted during the Giveaway Period. Winners must be following the Official Instagram account of Bank of Guam found at @bankofguam and the Official Instagram account of Electric Island Festival found at @eifestival to win. Winners must “like” the Official Giveaway Post and comment by tagging three (3) additional users to enter. Winners will be drawn on Friday, June 20, 2025 and will receive a direct message notifying them by 10:00:00 AM ChST. The winner has until 4:00:00 PM ChST on Friday, June 20, 2025 to respond to our direct message notification.
